VibeRun (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a metronome-based running app for Apple Watch. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Data from HealthKit

We also write workout records to HealthKit so your runs appear in the Apple Health app.

HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data mining. HealthKit data is never sold to or shared with third parties. This applies to all HealthKit data, without exception.

Data from Location Services (optional)

Location access is optional. If you decline, the app works without route recording.

Data from Sign in with Apple

We do not receive your real name or email address unless you choose to share them.

Workout Session Data

When you complete a run, the following data is sent to our server:

• Workout duration, distance, start/end time
• Heart rate samples (every 5 seconds)
• Cadence samples (every 5 seconds)
• GPS coordinates (if location permission granted)
• Running metrics (vertical oscillation, ground contact time, if available)

App Usage Analytics

Analytics data is processed exclusively on our own server. We do not use any third-party analytics tools. This data is never shared with third parties.

• Provide the service: Real-time heart rate zone feedback, metronome pacing, workout recording.
• Display your history: Past workout sessions viewable on your Watch and web dashboard.
• Improve the product: Aggregated, anonymized workout data may be used to improve algorithms and features. Individual data is never shared publicly.
• Service improvement: App usage pattern analysis helps us improve onboarding flows and features.

• On your Watch: Workout data is temporarily stored until successfully sent to our server.
• On our server: Workout sessions and account data are stored in a PostgreSQL database on our self-hosted infrastructure.
• Encryption: Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). Server access is restricted and not shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. This includes HealthKit data, location data, and workout data.

The only exception: we may disclose data if required by law.

• Your workout data is retained as long as your account exists.
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
• Upon deletion request, all data (account, workout sessions, samples) will be permanently removed from our server within 30 days.
• App usage analytics data is automatically deleted within 90 days of collection.

VibeRun is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

HealthKit 데이터

본 앱은 워크아웃 기록을 HealthKit에 저장하여 Apple 건강 앱에서 확인할 수 있게 합니다.

HealthKit 데이터는 광고, 마케팅, 데이터 마이닝 목적으로 절대 사용하지 않습니다. HealthKit 데이터는 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 이는 모든 HealthKit 데이터에 예외 없이 적용됩니다.

위치 데이터 (선택)

위치 접근은 선택 사항입니다. 거부하셔도 경로 기록 없이 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.

Sign in with Apple 데이터

실명이나 이메일 주소는 사용자가 직접 공유를 선택하지 않는 한 수집하지 않습니다.

운동 세션 데이터

운동을 완료하면 다음 데이터가 서버로 전송됩니다:

• 운동 시간, 거리, 시작/종료 시각
• 심박수 샘플 (5초 간격)
• 케이던스 샘플 (5초 간격)
• GPS 좌표 (위치 권한 허용 시)
• 러닝 메트릭 (수직 진폭, 지면 접촉 시간, 가용 시)

앱 사용 분석 데이터

분석 데이터는 외부 분석 도구를 사용하지 않으며, 자체 서버에서만 처리됩니다. 제3자에게 공유하지 않습니다.

• 서비스 제공: 실시간 심박 존 피드백, 메트로놈 페이싱, 운동 기록.
• 기록 열람: 과거 운동 세션을 Watch 또는 웹 대시보드에서 확인.
• 제품 개선: 집계된 익명 운동 데이터를 알고리즘 및 기능 개선에 활용할 수 있습니다. 개인 데이터를 공개하지 않습니다.
• 서비스 개선: 앱 사용 패턴 분석을 통해 온보딩 흐름 및 기능을 개선합니다.

• Watch 로컬: 서버 전송 완료 전까지 운동 데이터를 임시 저장합니다.
• 자체 서버: 운동 세션 및 계정 데이터는 자체 호스팅 인프라의 PostgreSQL에 저장됩니다.
• 암호화: 데이터는 HTTPS(TLS)를 통해 전송됩니다. 서버 접근은 제한되며 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.

개인 데이터를 제3자에게 판매, 대여, 공유하지 않습니다. HealthKit 데이터, 위치 데이터, 운동 데이터 모두 포함됩니다.

유일한 예외: 법률에 의해 요구되는 경우 데이터를 공개할 수 있습니다.

• 운동 데이터는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보존됩니다.
• 아래 연락처로 계정 및 모든 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 삭제 요청 시 모든 데이터(계정, 운동 세션, 샘플)를 30일 이내에 서버에서 영구 삭제합니다.
• 앱 사용 분석 데이터는 수집 후 90일 이내에 자동 삭제됩니다.

VibeRun은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 13세 미만의 데이터를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

본 방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 본 페이지에 “최종 수정일”과 함께 게시됩니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하면 업데이트된 방침에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
